QUANTUM LIGHT BREATH MEDITATION
This meditation is a little over one hour long and you will be sitting through out. We suggest a comfortable set up, chair or cushion, with loose clothing. The breath work starts slowly and then moves deeper and deeper. It can be helpful to move your body at times as you work to deepen your breath, then moving into stillness.
The Quantum Light Breath was created by the late mystic Jeru Kabbal (1930-2000) who used this method in his teachings and workshops all over the world. He was greatly influenced by Vipassana, an ancient form of meditation where one sits in stillness and silence for extended periods of time. Jeru realized that when elements of Vipassana were combined with deep rhythmic and consciously connected breath, it could bring a participant into the recognition of Oneness without having to sit still in silent meditation for hours a day. Jeru used verbal and energetic guidance along with evocative music to lead people into the recognition of the mind’s separate realities and to encourage an experience of the mystery of true presence.
The Osho Leela Meditation Center offers daily meditations, group processes, personal growth workshops, dance and celebrations. We are located at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in Boulder, Colorado and easily accessible from Boulder, Denver, Longmont and the front range communities.
We are run by a group of volunteers who are committed to their own journeys home to themselves and are eternally grateful for Osho and his teachings. We offer daily meditations and special events designed by Osho to help us on our paths to more awareness.
