Tantra: The Art of Sacred Connection is a 4-hour experiential class where we slow down, drop into the body, and connect more deeply with ourselves, others, and the divine.

We’ll explore solo, partner, and group practices drawn from classical and contemporary Tantra, using breath, movement, and sound to help quiet the mind, awaken the body, and deepen connection. All practices are fully clothed and guided with care, respect, and clear boundaries. This is a space to come as you are and explore connection in a grounded, heart-centered way. No prior experience with Tantra is needed. Open to singles, couples, and all who feel called to explore connection in a conscious and embodied way.

The class is guided by Daniel and Jas, longtime partners and experienced practitioners of classical and modern Tantra. They recently returned from four years of living, learning, and teaching in Bali and bring a warm, grounded presence shaped by years of inner work, training, and healing together. Their work blends masculine and feminine, depth and play, structure and intuition.
