Description

This beautiful, meditative practice is designed to help us harmonize our sensation, feeling, and thought; and to develop our attention. Our group is led by local students using recorded music. Beginners welcome.

G.I. Gurdjieff developed these sacred dances based on ancient temple dances of Central Asia, which incorporate principles of cosmic law.
